A centralized report containing interview results and document screening outcomes, compiled by Rectra’s recruitment team.
ER Report
A shared Google Sheet updated daily, recording all candidates who pass RecTra’s screening and interviews.
Clients can directly update further assessments, ensuring transparency and seamless collaboration.
Recruitment Acceptance Form
For each accepted candidate, we issue an official Recruitment Acceptance Form (Berita Acara Penerimaan/BAP)
to serve as the documented basis for invoicing.
RPO
Service Fee
RPO service fees are divided into two components: Management Fee and Success Fee
Management Fee
A fixed operational cost billed at the start of each project month.
The fee is determined by the number of positions to be filled and the agreed recruitment timeline.
Success Fee
A performance-based fee charged for each candidate who successfully signs a contract and completes onboarding.
Invoicing is conducted on a monthly basis.
