Recruitment Acceptance Form
For each accepted candidate, we issue an official Recruitment Acceptance Form (Berita Acara Penerimaan/BAP) to serve as the documented basis for invoicing.

RPO Service Fee
RPO service fees are divided into two components: Management Fee and Success Fee

Management Fee A fixed operational cost billed at the start of each project month. The fee is determined by the number of positions to be filled and the agreed recruitment timeline.

Success Fee A performance-based fee charged for each candidate who successfully signs a contract and completes onboarding. Invoicing is conducted on a monthly basis.
